Either resetting my phone, reinstalling HTC Manager or disabling auto backups fixed it... for now...

If anybody comes across the same problem, I solved it by downloading Helium, a backup/restore app that doesnt require rooting. I backedup apps from my old microsd to the internal storage, and then restored them and manually moved them to the new one in the settings/storage/apps/whatever thing.

Is it even possible to copy apps from microsd to microsd? If it is, its the most ******* awkward thing ever. Trying to clear cache doesnt do anything.

hmmm i dont see a clear app cache settings in the storage section. does this perhaps mean its already cleared?

Do i put the new card in and do this, or the old card? Or does it not matter?
