I don't know this for a fact but my theory on why the T-MO version of the note 5 gets worse than the Verizon model is because TMO's coverage isn't as expansive as Verizon's. I saw this first hand. I initially purchased the note 5 from TMO and in my area ( which is not out in the sticks by any...
I just got the tmo version of the note 5. I've owned the note2 , 3 and 4. I have the iPhone 6 + through Verizon ... so far the battery on my 6+ is doing way better that the note 5. I'm giving it able a week to settle. The other thing I've noticed is it gets hot. I'm hoping that too will not be...
I went ahead and returned it. I was also having issues with the Bluetooth randomly dropping connection. I'm going to hold off on an Android wear based device until the next iteration of the moto 360 comes out.

Re: Wear update 5.0.1 dim mode issue
Did this fix your issues with it not dimming like before? I seem to have lost that after updating to 5.0.1. Theater mode turns the screen off. Before you could set the screen to 'off' and it would dim ever so slightly without completely turning the screen...
Yeah. I've reset it twice. Same thing. Does yours self dim ( but not completely off) after installing the latest update.

I was able to set my "always -on" option to off and it would go into a state where I could still see the hour and minute hand. Once I pressed the button or tapped the screen it would illuminate the screen exposing the entire watch face. This isnt happening since since I updated to 5.0.1 Anyone...
Re: Case frustration
The ringke slim is the one I am thinking of pulling the trigger on. I have one on my note 3 and my only complaint is it was damn hard to remove.

Yes, mine just started doing that. I cant turn it off either. Its never done this ( to my knowledge), I thought there was a reset button right above the heart rate sensor but its not. If you figure anything out, please share!

Re: Random reboots...
Seems after the last update it clear up for me.... what I have noticed is more frequent lost connection alerts when I am not that far from my phone..definitely within 30 feet or so. Then again it may be because qualcom opted to go with bluetooth 3.0 rather than the newer...
Anyone else having their Toq reboot out of the blue? Mine has done it twice right when I receive a notification. It turns back on and everything works fine. It's random but its starting to annoy me.
