all i'll say is sorry you got a bad phone, but i've had 0 problems with this phone. 15-16 hrs with normal use 7-8 with heavy use (which is why i also got a car charger) . only thing i want is 2.3.4.

well i would ask did you do a speed test see what Mbs your running at? cause when i turn netflix on i started watching a movie and it was perfect. i've also watched some Nfl mobile.. and some flash streaming pod cast and it has never lagged or had to buffer

i get 9-10Mbs down and 4-5Mbs up. Which is faster than my home internet from comcast which is only 6Mbs.

i agree with everything you said. I've had my Revo since launch day and have had zero problems with it. now i haven't rooted yet only because i haven't had the time and i'm waiting for clockwork so i can do a Backup.

ok so what is safe to remove and what needs to stay on the phone. Can i remove everything Bing and all verizon nav junk?

I never checked what is in the user guide but there is one in box. As for upgrading early that will differ depending on where you go and who you talk to. I got my Revolution on launch day even tho my NE2 wasn't till aug 4th But I go to my Verizon Corp store like 2 times a week so they know...

1 hard to say phones come out so fast there will be better phones with in the next 3 months 2 well its already Rooted..and people are saying they have removed Bing already so yeah it can be done

I got my Revo yesterday (launch day) so far im really loving the phone. I live in a 4G area and so far it has great signal and speeds is running 7-8 mbs down 1-2mbs up. so far the battery so OK been unhooked since 6:30 am and @ 11:45am im around 65-70% left...thats with trying out nfl...
