There is no cap or soft cap, but they can slow your data if ST thinks that your abusing data. I've had ST almost a year now and I average 5 gigs a month and anywhere between 200-600 mb a day. I have never received a phone call or text about exsecive data use. I was using my iPhone 4 and now I...
