This is my third S4, the prior two had different issues and confirmed problems from a Verizon tech. It was acknowledged to me that Samsung rushed the S4 to market, bugs and all. Also many bad "batches from China had been shipped"...apparently, different manufacture/assembly locations in China...

Can't, return window is closed, I'm now under a two year contract. For RF wishing I stayed with a Moto...but nooooo, I just had to have this thing. The ability to make a call is paramount. Not sure if there will be (or there is any possibility for) updates to improve on this...I sure hope so =(
