the One is my first android phone, got it in october, switched from iphone. I love this phone and have no regrets whatsoever. Never going back to apple, and would stay with htc after having this phone. very satisfied.

To get back to stock you'll also need to s-off the bootloader too. Can't flash stock RUU without s-off. and I'm not sure, but I think you need to relock the device before you can flash the stock RUU, but look into that, I'm not 100% sure. I leave beats on all the time. makes everything sound better to me, and I don't have to turn the volume up as much. when streaming though google play it doesn' t have the best sound anyways. so not like it can screw it up more.

Damn, I wish I could help more, but I'm a noob myself at this. You say your super user isn't working and the binaries are incorrect, have you tried installing another version yet? I had to install another version of superuser when I first rooted because I had missing binaries. that might solve...

Got my Lloyd case in yesterday. Fits great, makes the phone feel thin like it should (otterbox makes it huge). a tad slippery, its TPU material, doesn't have as rubbery feel. I Love the see through green color I got. for $12 shipped from shop android I would recommend though.
