    Building your own ROM

Yeah, I'm getting build errors because of this. What is easier - to merge commits, or manually pull? Could you please give an example of how you do this?

[ROM+Kernel] Inferior Human Organs unofficial CM7.1

I noticed you didn't say you also did a CWM Factory Reset. Try it and report back. Try using blarf's version of CWM too. (needless to say, don't forget to nandroid backup first)

+1 Me thinks the folks with wifi problems have not wiped their partitions (like /data in addition to the caches). Sure it takes extra time loading back apps, but it is worth it. I was having mms problems last week (sms worked, but could not send or receive pics). I tried every permutation...

Sounds like you got your wifi to work again. (If not, then try my suggestion of "forget network".)

Did you try to "Forget network", reboot your router, then re-add your wifi info? Settings > Wireless & networks > Wi-Fi settings > find your ssid and press and hold then select "Forget network" I'm assuming you already wiped both caches, and "Fix Permissions" in recovery.

    Building your own ROM

sblood86, welcome to the "need to reinstall with 64bit" club. A few months ago, I tried to build cm7 for the Nook Color on 32bit Ubuntu. Then I learned 64bit was required. Btw, in post #3, JerryScript talks about 64bit in step 1

    Building your own ROM

Thanks blarf and jerryscript. Deleted entire tree, re-inited, and I get a clean build now. Yay! My setup is vmware player running ubuntu in a virtual window. Since both are gratis, I'm surprised more people aren't running builds.

    Building your own ROM

ARCHIVED: [ROM-ish] OV Port of ath3nos's Unofficial CM7 (Gingerbread) 7/15

Re: [ROM-ish] OV Port of ath3nos's Unofficial CM7 (Gingerbread) Okay. Is the solution to enable a feature in the kernel (like ndis maybe)? Or is it way more complex than that?

Re: [ROM-ish] OV Port of ath3nos's Unofficial CM7 (Gingerbread) How to file a Bug Report? I also cannot get USB Tethering to work (Settings > Wireless & networks > Tethering & portable hotspot > USB tethering) Says "USB not connected" even when connected with usb and android usb status...
