I have this problem, too. Even worse, not only the tags are mixed up (many songs are shown under unknown- all other music software, WMP, Real, Winamp...show the right tags) but also the arts (pic) and lyrics are totally screwed up. I think we should not try to fix the problem, but go to SAMSUNG...
