I successfully burned the image to a Class-10, 16GB SD card. The image boots up successfully, HOWEVER< the touchscreen does not work, so I can't unlock it. Hmmmmmmm. Any ideas on how I can overcome this? For what its worth, I successfully imaged Cyanogen Mod 7 (CM7) and everything works...
