I suspect that's what happened. She probably installed some app that was using it and turned it on, but for the life of us, we don't know what that was, especially since it's been a while since she has had the problem.

Thanks for the reply. I have been registered since I owned a Palm Treo. However, every time I tried to log in and generate a new password, it wouldn't work. I tried a different email and creating a new account, but that didn't work. Finally, I got through to Help and then deleted my new account...

Has anyone noticed that the "connect for charging only" option seems to be missing? Now it's only Mass Storage, Media Device, and Camera. Is there any way to get the "charging only" option back? I connect to USB at the office but just want to use it for charging because I'm concerned our systems...
