Wife cracked the screen on her 6P and had 2 months left on warranty. They sent a Pixel XL as a replacement. I gave her my new S8 and took the Pixel. She's not picky about phones, but I like the Pixel much better than the S8.
This exactly for me. I really liked the S7E but it got slower and battery drained faster over a period of months. I just hope the Pixel runs just as smoothly 6 months from now
Tried both the Play Store and Samsung version and both of them hang when opening most of the time. When it does open, I can't sync. I enabled all permissions without any luck. Anybody else having this problem?
Just called my local T-Mobile store and they said they have plenty at the store for tomorrow. I'm cancelling my order since it's been in processing state for over a week now and heading to the store tomorrow morning.
I ordered on 3/3. Mine is still showing as processing. Called customer service and was told they are backordered and won't ship until Tuesday or Wednesday next week. She also said they will be sending out text and email on Friday explaining the backordered status and anticipated ship dates to...
I have the 5x and stopped by the T-Mobile store today and looked at the S7 Edge. The phone isn't much larger than the 5x, but the Edge screen was awesome! Even better than my wife's 6P in my opinion. Long store short, I ordered an Edge this evening.
Not outside the house, but if I go down my road a couple hundred feet, I get a good signal.
Just ordered a cell spot from T-Mobile. I'll give that a try and hopefully it will work.
I got the phone with the Amazon $100 off deal. If Moto isn't going to add it, then it goes back, which is a shame because the screen is gorgeous. I'm in a dead zone at my house and need WiFi calling.
I switched because IOS 9 was utter junk. Apple software quality is going downhill fast and spending over $800 on a phone to have a lousy experience was the last straw. I wasn't tied to icloud, so switching was easy.
I really like the 5x. I had an iPhone 6+ and it was too big to carry in my front pocket and was heavy as a brick. I like being able to use my phone with only hand again and how light the 5x is. It's plastic but doesn't feel cheap. The external speaker isn't great but not as bad as a lot of...
This is my first Android device, ever. Came from iPhone and and this device is very smooth. Ios 9.1 on iPhone had a lot of lag. Haven't seen any lag on 5x. Battery life isn't near what my iPhone 6+ was, but the quick charging makes up for it. I've have gone from 6:30am to 11:00 PM with moderate...
I'm coming from an iPhone 6 plus. I think the build quality is very good on this device. Is it as good as the iPhone build quality? No, but comparing an $850 iPhone to a $429 Nexus is not a fair comparison. For this price point though, I find it more than acceptable.
Bluetooth is a huge battery drain. Just got my 5x 2 days ago. I paired it with my truck and play podcast (downloaded, not streamed) for my 1 hr. drive to work and it has drained my battery 18-20% 2 days in a row.
