So the update, my son got his note 9 128 unlocked in the mail yesterday from samsung. I'm assuming that is the hold since they wont allow more than one turn in at a time per household. Dropped it off in the fedex box this morning so here's hoping they ship it once they get the tracking info...

You can flash the att version without any problems. There is absolutely no difference in the unlocked or the cell branded other than the software.

Obviously this was a lie. I would like to point out that there wasnt an estimated ship time, it plainly said it would ship this week.
