My blu vivo xi+ won't connect to my Honda Fit Android auto. (My old phone connects fine Moto g6) The only choice it shows on the phone is 1. Charge Only 2. Copy Files 3. View Photos. I even tried usb tethering. Nothing works. Any suggestions?

When I reformat it do I do it on the computer or the phone? I can put the sd card back in the phone and copy the latest pictures to my computer before doing all my music is already on my computer so I can reinstall that later.

I can see what I want in the SD card. I had formatted it in the phone. I later connected it to my computer and added my music and pictures that I saved on my computer. I was never able to see the internal on my computer.
