Whats this software called?? EDIT - I've loaded on Kies3 (which is incompatable with the phone) and Smart Switch (which says the device, which is still on 5.1.1, is up to date). Is there another software I can use or is side-loading the only option I have?? Thanks

Hey guys, I've just checked my updates and it says that G890AUCS3BPDS (5.1.1) is the latest version of the device. Does anyone else have this issue? EDIT - Could this be as I have unlocked my phone from AT&T or because I live in the UK?

I don't get how some people have problems and some people don't?? Like its the same phone??
