I have this problem too. I mainly see it when I tap on a post with multiple pictures. It's very annoying as I have my tablet forced into landscape display because I use it propped up at an angle with a case.

I tried using this, with the 'obb' file (which is where the big file is for Madden) and it didn't work...it's downloading the game resources again. It might work with other apps though. Move app/game data 2 sd card note 2 ,S3,S4 NO ROOT - YouTube
