Has anyone noticed a jumpy signal after the update? I notice that sometimes I will have full bars then a second later have no bars for a second or two before jumping back up. I know it's hard to tell these things with something as unique as signal strength but just wondering if I'm alone here...

I had the same problem after the update so you are not alone. It happened the first day I had the update. I restarted my phone and then fully charged it over night. Try the same and hopefully that will fix the issue. Posted via Android Central App

I encountered the same issue. Get s-off on your One. Qbking77 on YouTube has a great tutorial on how to do so. Once this is done as long as the RUU, regardless of the version, is associated with the same carrier as you have then you can use it. I did so and then upgraded to 4.3 just fine
