Once connected mine runs great, but I have noticed since the update that when I shut off my phone, then turn it back on, in order to get WiFi to work again I have to turn it WiFi off then back on again. Becomes a bit annoying. Loving the update other than that.

They won't help you with the cracked screen as its not covered under warrenty, unless you get that fixed outside of Verizon. My charge port went out and my screen was cracked, when they said that if there was physical damage to the phone when it was received I'd have to pay for the replacement...

I do not believe so from reading this post... Nexus I9250 accessories NOT compatible with Verizon Nexus i515 but someone else might be able to clarify.
