Works good. I use the fire stick in my car, after the initial setup was completed. I had to turn off Dolby sound option on the fire stick, or my sound was garbled.

Yes chromecast works. I use Amazon fire stick. Anything similar that supports miracast.

That's how I understand the new 5.1 security policy works. I guess they are thinking your phone is locked when stolen, and someone does a hard reset to make it theirs. In the past, that's all you had to do and you had a new phone.

I'll give it a shot. Actually, it was under the questions and answers on amazon that someone said it worked for them. If not I'll return it, and keep using the miracast module that I use on my S6 Edge. I'll keep you posted.
