I had problems activating mine... turns out mine had 2 SIM cards... one already in the phone, and one connected to a credit card. Sprint chat activated the phone with the SIM card that was attached to the credit card. So I switched them around, and it worked. Be sure you're on a strong WIFI...

Yes! Mine's finally out for delivery.... should be waiting on me when I get home from work... seemed like this day would never get here..lol

Anyone know why a UPS ground delivery would not scan his whereabouts for over 48 hours? Mine left Hodgkins Il bound for Texas at 9:35 am on the 7th, due here on the 12th, with no update since they left.. anyone else having this issue?

UPDATE: this morning my account was FINALLY charged and my status just changed to "Preparing" so there's some movement going on and some hope for all you Sprint peeps!

One can hope, I'm an optimist, but this has really tested my patience...lol.
