Ok I got my router issue taken care of. I switched to WPA2 and now both phones connect and speeds are fine. For some reason my maxx and my wifes standard razr did not like WPA but work fine on WPA2. Hope this helps someone.

I must have got reel Lucky because my prime has the best wifi of any device i have. Its even stronger than my Motorola photon which has exceptional radios. I will be taking it to china tomorrow so i will see how it does over there. I can pickup wifi at work in areas where others with laptops...
