I recently did a cache partition wipe on both my Nexus 4 and 7, hoping to free up some memory on them, since that time I have had issues with wifi. On my Nexus 4 web pages take forever to load if they load at all, I turn off wifi and exact same page loads within seconds, I am not so concerned...
