I'm having similar issues with my Nexus 10 (arrived Feb 4th). If I leave it sitting for a few hours and come back to it, I find the wifi cycling between "Authenticating" and "Obtaining IP...". Selecting another Wifi then switching back does NOT resolve the issue. For me, I just switch WiFi off...
