I don't believe it is a software update issue, at least not for me as I haven't updated my phone since I got it for xmas in 2014. I updated my note 2 software and ever since my battery sucked. I promised I would never update again and I never did. Same problem phone was dying around 20 percent...

Recently got a belkin qi wireless Charger and want to use it on my note 4. What can I use to make this work? I'm currently using a otterbox defender and would like to continue to do so.

I have the defender, with a zagg glass protector. I took out the plastic cover off the defender. My defender didn't snap the whole way either so I got on their website and filled out a claim and they sent me another one at no cost. The replacement did the exact same thing did not snap all...

100% agree with this. I did the exact same thing.

Re: Camera keeps changing to 6MP resolution I noticed mine does this as well but always changes back to 8mp.

I also use the defender. I removed the built in screen protector and added zagg glass screen protector. If you are unsure of removing the built in screen protector just contact otterbox, send them a picture of the screen protector off and they will send you a replacement.

I had a UAG on my note 2. Dropped the phone once and screen shattered. Got the Defender for my note 4. Sure it adds bulk but the protection it gives is well worth it.

Yeah this is quite annoying. Instead of doing smart select which includes text that is in the picture just use image clip and no text will be sent along with it.

I totally agree. They do look very sharp but I wouldn't risk it on my phone. I have my PS4 and controllers decked out with white carbon from icarbons.com

I never knew the note 2 had that feature, wish I would have. I just tried it on my N4 and yes it does the same thing, just copies the link. Usually if there is a picture I need to send ill whip out the S pen and select it then share it that way.

I took my glass zagg invisible shield off to install a new one and it didn't seem like it was glass at all. a hard plastic if anything.
