Since it's still not loading correctly after letting it sit overnight, I'm going to follow the steps you have recommended above and we'll see if that fixes it.

I've used it a few times. Volume quality seems really low and poor. I like Skype much better.

I've not had one yet. I use any micro ubs cable I can find. The one that came with my Blackberry seems to be a decent length as well. The HTC needs to be a foot longer.

Thanks man. I went back to that link that you recommended and it popped up for me now. The files I downloaded had an extension of .apk, but would not work.

Re: Most important thing that no review talks about - build quali I opted for the defender one myself because I tend to drop my phone from time to time. But I think both of these cases look really good on the phone and not as bulky as I thought.

One of the only things I've did different is, if I am not at my house I turn the wifi radio off.

To my knowledge, I have no previous versions of Netflix on the phone. Unless one came pre-installed, I've not installed anything.
