Just bought a razr maxx today. It won't charge past 30%, lock sounds are enabled, I can hardly hear it. Any work arounds or should I just change phones? Just ported from AT&T to VZW...not sure whats going on here.

Alright, it's past ridiculous with Samsung and it's affiliates annoucing release dates and then rescininding them. What's the hold up? Would I be better rooting my Skyrocket and getting ICS that way?

It could also be a typical case of too many people pulling the same download from the server and the phone isn't downloading the file in it's entirety no? If it's not ICS who cares :)

This is the result of the cross-over between networks, Verizon, a CDMA network and AT&T is a GSM. I too have experienced issues when texting or MMS'ing other people on other networks, it's just how it is. GSM to GSM is the same as CDMA to CDMA for messaging. Nothing you can really do.
