    Thanks, and sorry. I was in a rush to post before I left, and my phone was dead :o The battery is still a prototype, so the size may still be reduced. Either way, I will be buying one of these so at the very least, I will have one hell of a backup battery. :cool:

    Strangely horrible battery life while on standby?

    with gps off, wifi on, email updating every half hour, and sitting in standby overnight (7 hours) i go from 100% (i unplug before i go to bed) to 99% light to medium usage, and i can make my phone last 2 and a half days before it dies

    hmm, weird....ive only been here for a few weeks, and only had my captivate for about 2 and a half. The day i got it, though, I read something about gorilla glass, and decided to research it. It was on the website then, so its been up for at least 2 and a half weeks

    if your school is sending out a mixed wifi signal, not JUST g or n...your phone may have problems keeping a connection. Mine will not hold a connection unless it is set to just g or just n
