I have the same problem. My Samsung Galaxy S3. When I try to install it says "Couldn't install on USB Storage or SD card" I tried clear data, forced stop and clear cache but it still isn't fixed. I have 4.5GB and I also uninstalled 3 other apps just in case but it still isn't working properly...
