    Just delete the account and re add it an then it automatically syncs everything in good working matter !

    I am not able to download any app from play store.

    Oh this has happened to me,I couldn't find any solutions so I decided to delete my apps (wrote the down before so I could return them ) and added desired apps and then readded the old apps and it worked ? Hopefully this helped
