I would have to agree, the Note 2 screen does look sharper with the 4.3 update. I think it has to do with the professional photo mode that was added

I just recently had my Galaxy Note 2 replaced, (att), for the very same issue. I went over my data, because the wifi was not working. It would show wifi and 4glte at the same time. If I disabled the data, then I could not get wifi even though it showed wifi on and connected.
