The HTC one m8 and the one plus one both allow for setting of shutter speed. But with the lollipop update any phone that gets lollipop will be able to do it so long as the camera app uses the api

From a photoshoot that I had yesterday. I took shots with my note 4 and with my camera with an APS-C sensor. The top is the note and the bottom is the Sony. Not saying that they are equal but that's some damned good quality out of a cell phone.

Yeah front facing stereo speakers would be nice. Though it would increase the footprint on the phone. I'd be happy with rear facing ones
