    Sorry you cant remove it.Its permanently there.Mine too HTC one E9+.Got weather widget on the locksreen.I dont set the weather.Its already there.Ive done checking the setting disable and whatso ever but i cant still remove it.Yeah its annoying.But for me,HTC phone the wether widget is the MUST...
