How important is the camera? Screen size? Audio quality? What she does the phone would totally dictate my recommendation...

It is a beautiful phone. That said, I suspect it’s still waaaay too flaky and quirky for someone coming from iOS, even with the improvements.

I can’t get over the shape of the X screen, between the notch and rounded corners. Animoji? Wheee, fun for a day. FaceID? Cool, but not compelling by itself. iPhone 7 Plus user here, seriously considering switching to Android.

Craigslist has been my go to for selling used phones, haven’t used Swappa yet. I stay away from trade in sites after a bad experience with an iPad and T-Mobile losing my Note 4 some years back.
