Hi when you are choosing the ringtone , this sound in both speakers, but when the ringtone is applied and the phone is ringing only sounds in the lower speaker

several things: the model version ( us unlocked vs branded vs eu/ asia version)? root or without root? I´m not only one, several cases reported to, XDA and reddit

Hello it´s no only with the alarm. If you hear carefully when your phone is ringing, it only sound in the lower speaker, but not in the upper speaker the same thing if you try to place a song like ringtone...sound PRETY BAD, lower and muffled Curiosly, at time when you´re selecting a ringtone...
