try recalibrating the battery with a calibration app. 1) charge new battery all the way, uninterrupted. 2) calibrate via app the calibration dumps the old battery statistics so you have a fresh profile for your battery. see if that helps

I've been using that version of wifi tether on my verizon droid charge. Thus far, I've downloaded and installed the adhoc switcher onto my rooted KF. It can now detect my phone's wifi signal in adhoc mode, but it fails to connect to it. I've tried to use no encryption, no access control...

My KF is rooted with BurritoRoot3 with firmware 6.3 (along with GoLauncher). My phone is on Verizon with unlimited data. I wanted to tether my phone to the KF so that I can take advantage of my data plan as well as the KF's features, but it never seems to be able to pick up my phone's wifi...

I rooted my KF yesterday. It's currently running firmware 6.3 and I also have GoLauncher installed on it with OTA Rootkeeper. Everything seemed fine until this morning, when I noticed I lost my KF styled book store (you know, the fancy bookshelf filled with nice book covers and all to scroll...

I have rooted already so i'll transfer the zip to my sd card and flash using odin. I do not have any roms on it. Im still stock aside from root. Thanks for the help and ill do it tonight. Im kind of new to the forum (as well as android itself) so any help is much appreciated

I must be mistaken or something, but I can't find the AB tar.md5 file. I downloaded the files called "AlteredBeastAlpha5.zip" and "altered_beast_4.1.1.zip" and I unzipped them. Couldn't find any tar.md5 file anywhere. Somebody please help me out and point me in the right direction!

I don't have time to do a flash today, but I have a quick question. Do I need to backup anything on my phone before flashing? If so, how do I do so? Thanks so far for all the help.

Thanks for the suggestions and warnings. Ill try flashing with an EE4 rom tonight and report back. Any suggestion on a particular rom? I saw the vid of altered beast and I'm very impressed by its fluidity.
