Keep trying guys! i got different options every time, i finally got a rep that gave it to me in 5 minutes. Its just the luck of the draw.

Hi, i just got off the chat support and received the update in 5 minutes. try a different support tech and that should fix it. My first one was dumb and couldnt get my info verified. 2nd one was trying to log in to the wrong account same name but itworked out, and got it in 5 minutes.

Sigh, i got asked to enter my last 4 digits of SSN 5 times, and they said it was something diff on the acc... edit: changed support and same problem but it was a diff acc they were trying to log into. got the update in 5 minutes with the new person./

So im trying to get on chat for att, but this new website says "log in/register" and everytime i do that and go back to it it tells me the same thing. Cant even chat now :[

I also got a 24 hour time frame, and am at the half way mark. gonna try again in 12 more hours if I don't receive the update.

Im currently talking with "Colin" He told me to reboot and take my battery out. Checked my phone and it still isnt there. :(

I'll be posting info on my journey from chatting. Currently got transfered to BDS to get help, he seems like he knows what he is doing. lets hope Edit: This department didnt have the log in for the tool so hes moving me to another department. Edit2: was told to remove battery and turn phone...

I've been looking everywhere for Chat support on the att website to ask them about it, but cant find it >.> i've seen it advertised a feel times before but can never get to it again. Any suggestions or links that direct me too mobile support directly?

I just downloaded an update, restarted my phone after installing but still no "unknown sources" in my application settings. :[. And plants vs zombies is the free app of the day on amazon, darn it.
