I got a fix... inserted my new sd 64g in my old crapy inspire. It worked fine. Reinserted to my shiny s4. Works fine now. Thanks samsung!!! Had the same prob as most. S4 wouldn't even read it when formated from the pc. But the old phone did the trick. Hope this helps someone.
