Re: S5 Phone Update I just contacted Samsung support and the s/n is different to the one on the about phone section and they cant do anything I have to travel to the United Arab Emirates to get the update :(

I have a S5 G900F on 4.4.2 I want to update to lollipop or marshmallow but kies doesn't work or ota doesn't work... in the about device baseband is G900F build number is G900F SE is enforcing SEPF_SAMSUNG-SM-G900A_4.4.4_0011 and underneath that it says United Arab Emirates is my phone faulty...
