You are stuck in the outlook app login loop. Sad to say I had to uninstall the app from my s8+ and go with stock email and stock calendar app.

U can use the stock calendar app on android. I am using it on my s8+. Go to manage calendars, add account, exchange, and type eas.outlook.com as the server. Enter credentials...there u go. Your outlook.com calendar now on your stock calendar app.

Update, was able to get outlook.com calendar sync using the android stock calendar app. Go to manage calendars, add account, exchange, use eas.outlook.com as server. And bam, u have calendars from your outlook.com. syncs both ways. Got a message from outlook in email saying that to use...
