I've had the same issue and the first one was damaged by the phone. I replaced it 2 months ago and last Friday it began doing the same thing. ATT replaced the phone, but less than 6 hours it start all over again. Today the Best Buy phone guy suggested that I switch to a 16 Gig card. Let's see...
