Mine is working fine. Perhaps the AT&T rep had a different location saved on the phone he used to set up your Gear. My understanding is that your email settings transfer from your phone when you set up the Gear initially.

Re: Best thin case? I am using the Ringke FUSION clear case. Yesterday my phone slipped off the roof of my car and CRASH onto the asphalt! Result = barely a mark on the case and no damage to the phone. Ringke wins.
