I'm having a similar issue. No matter which lock mode I set, it always just lets me swipe my phone open. Still displays that it's in pattern mode or what not when I re-enter the lock settings. Interestingly enough, I have no option called "Secured Lock Time" in the lock menu. Weird. I see...
