Hey, i was wondering if is there any way to activate USB debugguing, from initial wizard setup, like went to definitions or plugging in the device to the PC with some specific software that could enable it.

Just try to recovery it with smart switch or send it to where you bought it you still have your warranty it Will costs nothing and if they dont found anything wrong with it, you dont pay nothing though.
