    I have updated to: Android: 4.4.2 Programnr: 5.11.401.10 HTC Sense: 6.0 And now my friends NOT complaining any more....... Fixed? I hope Rightrider

    Well it just say: component replaced(not phone). I am afraid that they replaced the mic in the phone and not the BT chip. Just a feeling. I have the latest software and firmware. R

    No! Same bad tin can sound on outgoing Bluetooth. And there was not a new one, same serialno. Sorry.

    Now after 6 weeks(!) My HTC One been repaired. They have sent me a new one. I have it on monday. Hope for the best............

    Hi, what is going on? I had a htc One X, no problem. And now a htc One. Bad sound on BT!!!! I have to use a wired headset.... Have you heard from htc??? Rightrider
