Well, here's my review on their screen service. It is a 2 day air shipment. I sent mine out on a Friday, they received my phone on the following Tuesday. The next activity was two days later on Thursday when it was processed/repaired and then shipped out on Friday. I then got the phone back on...

I recently broke my screen(S6), and not having insurance, sent it in to Samsung for repair. Am I mistaken or were screen repairs being advertised as a one day turn around? They received my phone Tuesday, still haven't processed it in the system, and chat told me another 5-7 days for repair after...

Line 1. Moto x UDP Upgrade ----> S6 Line 2. Iphone 5s TDP I transferred my upgrade to line 2 and ordered the S6. Have everything switched and my new S6 running on line 1 with UDP in tact. It still shows I have an upgrade available though. Is this normal?

That's ridiculous. Maybe try calling back and getting a different rep. The lady I talked to was really helpful, she tried to figure out a way that I could just keep the charger. She canceled it no question. Posted via Android Central App

Yeah that was not gonna fly with me. I tried to cancel as soon as I got the email and it wouldn't let me online. Then I get a shipping notification, saying they sent the charger. I called and canceled, they said to send they charger back when I get it. 😲😲😲 Posted via Android Central App

Call and cancel. I did when they sent me the backorder email. Then I just ordered on Verizon's site. It took a few minutes before it showed my upgrade was available again. Posted via Android Central App
