Lock screen setting greyed out have tried everything!
Update: I've now restarted in recovery mode, cleared the cache partitions, and reset all app preferences. Still no luck.- Rissa_booyo

Carrier is Verizon. Phone is samsung s9 plus, android version 8.0 samsung experience 9.0. I'm not on a corporate account or login, this is a personal device- Rissa_booyo
