I went back to Verizon as soon as I got home and saw the splotches. The Rep and I went through 5 phones, and all of them had splotches. I ended up going with my previous one because it had the least amount. He said that he is going to contact Motorola because the splotches were on all of the phones.

Nevildev, You might want to check that phone because I went to the store and we went through 5 razrs..and each one had splotches.
