Replacement V10 hasn't arrived yet.

Come to think about it, my V10 was always very good about keeping connected to hotspot. But about 2 weeks before it died (with bootloop) it started closing hotspot arbitrarily - even with multiple connected devices.

It's the first cell phone I was ever truly happy with. Until I got the bootloop issue a few days ago. 8 months and it has flaked out. Very disappointing. Currently trying to decide to do replacement (refurb) or switch to something else.

I'm no longer successful at getting ANY response from the phone. I don't believe it is even charging the battery. Cannot get to recovery or safe modes.

Phone is still not responsive. On the plus side, it hasn't been hot all day! :p

My serial starts with 510 as well.

No warnings. Just noticed it had powered itself off last night when it should have had over 40% battery....

So helpful that this phone has a safe mode that requires the phone to be operational. :p
