sorry if this has already been mentioned, but a poster on another forum mentioned that removing the back cover and tightening the bottom two screws SLIGHTLY with a tiny screwdriver solved his light leakage issues below the capacitive buttons. I havent tried this yet, but will when i find a...

Exactly. There are actually a couple of reviews (CNET and Washington post maybe) that insinuate that the EVO seems to be a little bit slower than the incredible...actually CNET said that the evo was NOWHERE as "zippy" as the incredible. We wont really know for sure until someone gets to see them...

I was wondering the exact same thing. The washington post mentioned that it was 2nd best, and the CNET review gave a lower score to the EVO than the incredible. I mentioned this to another poster who recently got to play with an evo for a good amount of time, and asked if this was a performance...

Yeah, i noticed that too. There was one person demoing an evo, and when he swiped the unlock button, the weather indicated cloudy, but the usual cloud animations didn't crisscross the screen. Weird.

Its funny that you mention the front half of the device (the glossy plastic part or bezel). Alot of reviewers of the incredible mentioned that the front felt kind of cheap, and had a plasticky feel to it which wasnt indicative of a high end device. I hope the EVO doesn't feel like this...

Yeah, I've never compared them side by side, but seen them separately. My cousin has the droid, and now that you mention it...that screen seemed to be VERY sharp and crisp looking. Probably due to the extra resolution boost. TFT lcd seems to be a pretty mature technology, so i think most ppl...

Good article to bring up; i remember reading about that and there was some controversy about whether the nexus one's stated resolution was the actual resolution...resulting in very slightly fuzzy text, etc...
