    My Samsung S5 is stuck on the start-up screen. I didn't do anything to cause it. What can I do?

    I didn't have an SD card in my phone. I tried to use my sister's battery and still didn't work. I can put the phone in safety mode, but I have to take the battery out to power it off. And I have a feeling that even if I clear everything it would still be in the same shape it's in now.

    Is there a way for S5 to play long mp3 audio files?

    I have some mp3 podcast files, One is 15 minutes. The problem may be the file size being too large. The same thing happens when I add a Pimsleur (A language learning audio file) mp3 also. Is there any app or way to play large audio files?
