My s6 is 3 months old. It turned itself off last night and is completely unresponsive. Does not respond to the 4 or 3 button trick. No lights. Pc doesn't recognize it as a drive. Absolutely nothing. At&t agreed to send me another one, but i need my files off of it. Anyone know how to get to them?
